An exceptionally ornate sterling silver footed salver, richly executed in the Rococo Revival style. The circular tray features a deeply chased surface densely decorated with scrolling acanthus leaves, stylized shells, and blossoming floral motifs, all radiating outward from a central, uninscribed reserve. The raised, scalloped rim is embellished with alternating shell and foliate cartouches, each crisply cast and finely chased to create dramatic dimensionality.
