06/29/2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 2086- I am sorry I do not know how or if the currency is mounted to the felt backing, I did take my UV light and did not note any apparent residue, however I cannot say how or if the bills are mounted, we do not have permission to open as it may disturb the arrangement
