Framed Italian School oil on canvas board painting, Still Life with Vase of Flowers, signed illegibly and dated [19]71 lower right, sight: approx 31"h, 22.5"w, overall: approx 35.5"h, 26.5"w, 4.25lbs
Condition
CR 7.14.25-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2374-The work appears overall intact, a UV light examination reveals old varnish, and a few scattered possible areas of in painting, noted to left edge quadrant right outside the spray of flowers, two leaves at the right center edge, see images, there are a few very minor abrasions, light spotting, and minor imperfections, no rips, tears or major loss to canvas observed, the frame is stable and intact, the added hanging hardware has pierced the frame on both sides, see image, this could easily be resolved by being touched up, I further note some typical light rubs, scattered minor finish loss and light wear, all mentioned commensurate with the vintage age of the work
