French Napoleon III ebonized cabinet, 19th c., shaped slate top, above breakfront case with bronze dore mounts and cut-brass inlay, rinceau scrollwork frieze, over cabinet door mounted with flowering urn, enclosing adjustable shelving, on bracket feet, oval panel intact with restoration and some loss to elements, approx 45.5"h, 39.5"w, 17.5"d **Provenance: Treasures from the vaults of a Dallas designer** **Note: matching cabinet offered in this auction**
04.21.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3264- the cabinet is overall intact, the stone top shows some variation, surface wear and abrasions and wear to finish, the case is intact with some typical nicks, small wood losses, wear, rubs and tonal variation, the central panel is with a restoration running across the center upwards, see images, I further note some chips and loss to/off applied elements which appear to be of varied material, heavy door opens to stable shelving, with some light wear, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
