The "Marxie Mansion", late 50s. Largest of their tin/litho houses of the period. Includes all furniture shown (43 pcs, not all Marx) , in-ground pool. 42.5"L x 14.5"D x 19"H.Excellent. Crack to front pathway piece. No other issues.
