All pickups must be scheduled and arranged at the conclusion of the auction. The buyer/ shipper is responsible for safely removing and packing all purchased items. You will be able to schedule your pickup through a direct link on your invoice. If using a shipper, please have their name and phone number. We will be open for pickup Monday-Saturday two weeks after the auction and then by appointment only thereafter. We can arrange for weekend pickups and night pickups on a case by case basis by request.
We will be offering in-house shipping to CT, Eastern PA, NYC/Long Island and NJ by request. Please inquire about estimates at shipping@bartonsauction .
After making prompt payment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm and to be get added to the shipping list so that we can coordinate your shipment.
Any items not picked up after 30 days will incur a storage fee of 10$ per lot per week (Per terms of sale). This fee must then be paid before a pickup is arranged. Any items not collected after 60 days will be considered abandoned and sold in order to recoup all storage and handling costs.
