LOUIS VUITTON
Custom cabin trunk, ca. 1950
Monogrammed canvas, leather, wood, brass. Produced by Louis Vuitton, France.
Various manufacturer's stamps and marks throughout.20" H x 24" W x 15" D
Condition
Good vintage condition. Exterior with moderate wear including scuffing and wear to the hand-painted detailing. Hardware with moderate patina throughout. Case is missing top leather strap and 2 of 3 leather belt loops are broken, which is typical of this type of trunk. Interior is very clean and has some lining paper that is coming away in one back corner.
