Pair of stools, from the College of Architecture, Chandigarh, ca. 1960
Painted teak, painted steel. Produced in France / India for Punjab University, Chandigarh, India.
Stenciled marks to each example.Each: 22.25" H x 13" Diameter
Condition
Good overall condition. Heavy wear throughout, resulting in a nice, aged patina. Seats have heavy finish loss and seam stabilization. Legs with heavy, uneven paint with chipping, peeling and losses.
