Set of four vintage Saunders "Souped Up" Hot Rod friction cars, manufactured by Saunders Tool & Die, Aurora, Illinois, circa 1950. Each car features a molded plastic body in red or green with a driver figure, steering wheel, and silver-painted exposed engine details. The undersides are fitted with metal friction motor bases. Included is the original illustrated box. Condition varies with some playwear, discoloration, and minor surface wear. Please see photos for additional details. Dimensions: 6.75 x 3.75 x 3.5 inches

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Most items are eligible for in-house shipping. A separate shipping invoice will be sent within 5 business days of the auction close. Large, heavy, fragile, or high-value items will receive a UPS shipping quote. Buyers may request a list of recommended third-party shippers if preferred. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Local pickup is available by appointment at our Ferndale, Michigan facility. Pickup or shipping must be scheduled within 15 business days of the invoice date to avoid storage fees.
