We are bringing you a broad variety of artists, styles and media, giving you the opportunity to explore new interests and to strengthen existing collections. We call it the people's art - art you can actually own - not something you read about in a text book. We are also including a smattering of decorative art objects to add interest. - Lot Description
The Memphis in May International Festival Salutes The Netherlands, is part of a long standing annual tradition in Memphis focusing on a particular country. In 1982 Veda Reed (1934 - 2025) designed the poster for the event which she signed in pencil. She received many awards and honors for her art work in many media. There are few survivors of this poster and fewer yet signed by the artist.
Given the many countries celebrated by the festival, it can become a fascinating hobby to collect them all.

We ship USPS by default. If dimensions exceed its limits, we will ship via FedEx. If it is not available, we will use UShip. In exceptional cases, we will use specialized art carrier firms.
Some items will require a foam lined box to travel safely. In such cases, a surcharge of 75 - 400 USD would be required. This surcharge would be eligible for a partial refund of 50 - 350 USD if the box is returned in good condition. We will indicate this requirement in the listing.
Customers may opt out of special packaging but also agree to accept the risks.
If special packaging or carriers (i.e. non USPS/non FedEx) are required, delays in shipping may be incurred.
Let us know if you require a signature for delivery. Customers may always request special packaging for shipment. We are happy to provide a quote in such cases.
All packages are insured for hammer price plus buyer's premium.

Bonn Auctions normally ships all online auction lots via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Exceptions will be noted in the lot listing. Customers are charged for shipping, handling, and insurance, which is a bargain for the amount of care we put into safely packaging your purchases. We pay for the boxes and packaging.
