- Lot Description
This engraving is a rare medium for Barbara Wood (American, 1926 - 2023) whose works are mostly found as lithographs, offset lithographs, or serigraphs. She uses the same loose expressionist style with vivid, dancing colors, depicting two women in a dressing area talking. Fans of Wood should consider that engraving for its rarity. Framed in black with white matting. The paper retains a nice strong plate impression.
