A 2013-W American Buffalo reverse proof gold coin with .9999 fineness, struck for the 100th anniversary of the famous design, and graded at the 2013 American Numismatic Association convention in Chicago, Illinois. It is only 1 of 5 so designated at that show.
The coin is encapsulated by PCGS with grade PR70.
