Cloth hardcover with title and illustration, author's last name and title on spine, cream endpapers, and photographs of children in plays. This book was authored by elementary teacher Mabel Ray Goodlander who taught at The Ethical Culture School in New York city. It is a fascinating children's book in part due to its subject matter, but also due to the photographs. In spite of its many small defects, we believe that this rare small volume is a treasure.
