A beautifully conceived landscape with a gorgeous tree in the very early stages of autumnal metamorphosis and a body of water flowing by. It is peaceful, tranquil, serene.
Framed. Signed Lomay, perhaps Lomax. The painting resembles many of those by Maude K. Lomax (1904 - 1989) but offer that information only for research purposes.
