CHINA, 19TH CENTURY A Chinese blue and white porcelain covered ginger jar. The jar is decorated with a phoenix bird adjacent to a cherry blossom with an all-over ball and line pattern. The jar sits on a nicely ground foot displayed by a pierced hardwood base. Jar measures 11", stand 3"
Minor kiln touches and small bubbles and such throughout the glaze. Finial showing some roughness and minor chipping along with the sharp edges of the foot, otherwise very good condition.
