An antique railroad directional pole lantern manufactured by the Armspear Manufacturing Company of New York, New York. The globe form lantern is fitted with two blue and two red curved glass lenses topped with a hinged lobed beehive-like top, marked "Armspear MFG. Co. New York" in raised letters.

Showing oxidization to metal surface, both blue lenses are cracked, all lenses show scratching to surface, otherwise good condition. This light is in working condition, however the cord has been cut and has not been inspected internally.
