JAPAN, 19TH CENTURY A pair of Japanese Meiji period Satsuma porcelain vases. The vases stand on curled tripod feet rising into a pear shaped body with a flared neck and cylindrical mouth. The vases are decorated with individualized scenes of Samurai warriors. 9 5/8" tall
Wear to enamel and a chip to a foot that appears to be factory that was glazed over. Otherwise good condition.
