- Lot Description
Charming and sculptural desk organizer by renowned Mexican designer Emilia Castillo, handcrafted in silver plate and accented with figural malachite frogs perched atop lily pads. This whimsical piece features a sinuous, wave-edged base and vertical spiral dividers ideal for organizing letters, notes, or envelopes.
The organic design reflects Castillo’s signature style—blending functionality with playful, nature-inspired motifs rooted in the tradition of Taxco silversmithing. The two green malachite frogs are carved and mounted with silver prongs, adding color and charm to this unique tabletop object.
Fully hallmarked and hand-signed “Emilia Castillo” on the base.

Local pickup is welcomed, please call in advance to setup an appointment and ensure the items are paid for before picking up. For out of state buyers we can provide shipping quotes or provide a list of shippers, we do not pack anything ourselves but we can drop off the pieces to a shipping store such as UPS or FedEx and arrange shipping with freight companies such as Plycon, Craters & Freighters, Tramo, Cube, and others.
