Eleven (11) antique English sterling and American coin silver flatware items, including two (2) English George III sterling berry spoons with repousse bowls, hallmarked for William Eley and William Fearn, London, 1807-1808; six (6) Samuel Kirk fiddle pattern coin silver forks (5 measuring 7"L and 1 measuring 5 3/4"); two (2) coin silver forks with gilt wash, marked for retailer M. Galt of Washington; and one (1) coin silver tablespoon with fiddle tipt handle marked for retailer T. Dunlap of New Hampshire. Two Kirk forks have engraved boar crest to handle, other pieces not monogrammed. Coin silver items all mid 19th century. Combined weight, coin silver: 13.87 oz troy. Sterling: 3.78 oz troy.
Some losses to gilding on Galt forks. Wear and some bending to tines on some Kirk forks; one Kirk fork has a repaired tine. Some discoloration spots to Dunlap spoon.
