- Lot Description
19th Century percussion long rifle, .36 caliber, brass patch box with engraved designs, tiger maple half stock with inlaid designs of stars, diamonds, and shields, original brass butt plate, lock plate engraved with a hunting motif and marked G. Goulcher, and the trigger guard has a double trigger. Retains the original sights and ramrod. 54 1/2" total length; 38 1/2" octagonal barrel.
Condition
Solder repair to ramrod loop. Brass plate missing from left side. Cracks and missing wood pieces around upper stock. Missing/ broken piece of metal rail under barrel near nose cap.
