- Lot Description
Attrib. Joseph Jakob von Plenck, four (4) framed medicinal botanical copper plate engravings, hand colored, on laid paper from ICONES PLANTARUM MEDICINALIUM, published Vienna, late 18th century. Double matted and framed under plexiglass in matching ebonized and silvered frames. Sight:16 3/8 in. x 11 1/2 in. Frames: 27 1/2 in. H x 22 1/2 in. W.
Condition
Overall very good condition, possibly deacidified. A couple of small minor spots of foxing and light rippling to sheets. Not examined out of frame. Frames with scattered edge wear.
