- Lot Description
Antique Saryk Turkmen main carpet, wool on wool, the narrow brick red center with two rows of fourteen guls, within multiple stylized borders. Woven in brick red, blue, salmon, and cream. 6ft 10in x 4ft 2in. Late 19th/early 20th century.
Condition
Overall good condition, slight wear to all corners, losses to fringe on each end, denim hangers en verso top border. Minor staining visible en verso.
