- Lot Description
An English rosewood and faux painted rosewood floor standing library plan or map folio stand, two hinged adjustable wings with serpentine stylized sides and lattice interior each attached to a shaped trestle base and adjustable turned stretchers, on wooden casters. Closed: 41 3/4" H x 25" W x 29 3/4" D. Open: 27" H x 45 1/2" x 29 3/4" D. English, circa 1825.
Condition
Overall good condition. Wear & condition commensurate with age and use including light surface wear, abrasion, minor separation and loose joints, some cracks, some chips and looses to timber, surface grim, light areas of fading to finish. Replaced roundels to feet.
