French Empire style 'Sac a Pearl' chandelier, clear cut glass crown with bronze, swag-embossed bezel, over multiple draping strands of faceted clear crystal prisms attached to a large bronze ring at the waist, 6 upward facing faux candles with gilt metal sleeves over electric light sockets, ring supporting additional clear crystal drapes converging in a central clear cut glass bowl to form a sac/basket, with a hanging faceted crystal ball. 48" H x 20" Dia. Continental, 20th century.
Condition
Overall very good condition. Minor patination to metal and possible minor scattered losses to individual prisms. Chandelier functionality not guaranteed and should be checked by an electrician prior to use.
