- Lot Description
Gus Baker (American/Nashville, 1922-1994) oil on board abstract expressionist painting, rendered in shades of blue, red, green and white with black, and signed and dated 1960 lower right. Housed under glass with an ivory mat and partially painted molded frame. Sight - 19"h x 27"w. Frame - 28 1/2" H x 36 1/2"W.
Condition
Condition appears excellent; not examined out of frame. Painting is wired to hang vertically, but the signature is best read when the painting is oriented horizontally.

The estates of Ben and Eugenia Moore, Nashville, Tennessee, acquired directly from the artist.
