Herbert Royle (United Kingdom, 1870-1958) watercolor painting on paper landscape of a hay field with a horse drawn wagon and figures harvesting foreground and rolling hills background. Signed "Herbert Royle" lower left and housed in a cove molded gilt wood frame with a foliate carved edge. Sight: 10 1/2" H x 19 1/2" W. Framed: 23" H x 33" W.
PROVENANCE: The living estate of Dr. Jerry Waters, Maryville, TN.
Condition
Watercolor with some minor scattered spotting visible in the sky area, otherwise overall good condition.
