Jo-Anne Yelen (Ireland, b. 1959) large oil on canvas painting rendered in bright colors and depicting a woman seated at a table while reading a book with a white cat lying in front of her. To either side of the cat sit potted plants and a bowl of fruit. Signed lower left and housed in a gilt wood frame. Sight: 39 1/2" H x 39 1/2" W. Framed: 46 1/2" H x 46 1/2" W
