- Lot Description
LeRoy Neiman (American, 1921-2012) screen print, 1974, titled "Hawaiian Surfers" and depicting a female and a male surfer riding a large wave. Signed in pencil "LeRoy Neiman," lower right, and editioned "A.P." in pencil, lower left. Housed in a modern chrome frame and woven white mat and blue fillet. Sight: 26 1/8" H x 37 1/2" W. Framed: 33 1/4" H x 44 1/4" W.
PROVENANCE: Deaccessioned by a Southern institution to benefit the acquisitions fund.
Condition
Serigraph with overall toning due to cardboard backing, otherwise good condition. Frame with separation to upper right corner and break to glass lower left corner
