- Lot Description
Meyer (Mike) R. Wolfe (New York/California/Tennessee, 1897-1985) plaster sculpture with black paint depicting a standing nude man, singing, as he holds a guitar in his right hand. Mounted onto a square black wood base. Unsigned. 26 3/4 in. H (includes base) x 6 in. D.
Condition
With minor, scattered retouching to figure's back on left shoulder, sides of legs, and back and lower edge of guitar, largest to inner thigh, 1/4-inch x 3/8-inch. 1/2-inch scratch to right arm just beneath elbow.
