- Lot Description
1st item: William Buffett (Tennessee/California, 20th c.) oil on board still life depicting bowls and lemons and grapes resting on a patterned tablecloth. Signed lower left "Buffett." Housed in a carved gilt wood frame. Sight: 8 1/4" H x 11 1/4" W. Framed: 13 1/2" H X 16 1/2" W. 2nd item: Manuel Monton Bunuel (Spanish, b. 1940) oil on canvas French streetscape titled "Butte Montmartre" and depicting the Parisian neighborhood of the same name with the white-domed Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur visible in the background. Signed lower right. Housed in a linen matte with gilt liner and frame. Sight: 10 1/8" H x 8 1/8" W. Framed: 15" H x 13" W.
Condition
1st item: Overall very good condition. 2nd item: Painting in excellent condition. Frame with minor abrasions to the corners.
