- Lot Description
Reed & Barton 4-piece sterling silver tea service, Hampton Court Shield pattern, consisting of a coffee pot (8 3/4" H), teapot (7 1/2" H), cream jug (5" H), and waste bowl (4" H) all with lobed, bulbous bodies, and chased floral decoration with central cartouche to one side and supported by four scroll and pad feet. Interiors with gilt wash. All pieces are marked on bases with Reed & Barton hallmark, Sterling, 663, and Hampton Court Shield. 71.36 total weighable troy ounces.
Condition
All pieces are in overall good condition with light surface wear, tea set is not monogrammed. Tea set with 1948 presentation inscription to the base of each piece.
