1st item: Sheldon Tapley (Kentucky, b. 1959) pastel on paper still life painting depicting a rustic interior scene featuring watermelons and pears together with a sponge-painted pitcher on a country table with other household items beside and below. Signed lower right. Linda Schwartz, Lexington, Kentucky, gallery label en verso that contains the artist’s information and title. Housed in a simple wood frame. Sight: 29 1/4 in. H x 41 1/2 in. W. Framed: 37 1/8 in. H x 49 1/8 in. W. 2nd item: Alice Dalton Brown (American, b. 1939) screen print that depicts the exterior wall of a pink house. Dappled white light shines through vegetation at right. Signed, dated, and numbered 147/150 in pencil to lower margin. Housed under glass in a giltwood frame with white mat. Sight: 30 in. H x 38 in. W. Framed: 38 in. H x 45 3/4 in. W.

Payment must be received no later than five (5) days after the sale.
Unless you are a known customer of Case Auctions, payment for all gold, precious metal, and gem lots must be made by bank wire transfer, ACH, certified bank check, or money order. No exceptions.
If you pick up your lots from any of our galleries, Tennessee state sales tax will apply. Sales tax will only be waived if you provide a valid resale certificate from your state of residence.
If paying with a credit card, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the final sales price (i.e. hammer price + buyer's premium + applicable taxes). If you have a credit card on file with Case, any winning bids will be automatically charged (up to $3000) along with applicable fees 72 hours after you receive your invoice unless other arrangements have been made.
