- Lot Description
Tekke Ak Chuval, Turkmenistan, wool on wool, horizontal striped bands on a light red field above a wide row of stylized trees on a cream field. 4 ft 2 in x 2 ft 7 in. Mid-20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Des Moines, Iowa collection.
Condition
Overall good condition, sun fading to red field, minor wear to upper right margin. Some minor stains to back. Wood rod for hanging to top verso.
