- Lot Description
Two (2) Minnie Adkins Minnie Adkins (Kentucky, born 1934) folk art painted furniture items including a table with a painted scene of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden surrounded by various animals and an angel to the top and multiple colors to the legs and stretcher, and a green painted low shelf with three tiers, ball finials, the top painted with a female flanked by chickens and the lower tiers with painted bears. The shelf is signed and dated 2001. Table measures: 28 3/4" H x 18" W x 14" D. Shelf measures: 38" H x 19 1/4" W x 10 1/2" D. Both items are 20th century.
Condition
Both pieces are in overall good condition.
