- Lot Description
Xavier Ironside (Tennessee, 20th/21st century) modernist watercolor depicting a winter landscape, likely East Tennessee, with an abandoned wood wagon foreground with bare trees that cast long shadows into the foreground. Signed and dated in graphite lower right: "Xavier Ironside '73". Housed in a rustic wood dark green painted frame with linen mat. Sight: 16 5/8" H x 27" W. Framed: 27" H x 37" W.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Richard J. Eskind, Nashville.
Condition
Painting overall very good condition. Frame with minor scattered abrasions around the perimeter.
