Kaya Deckelbaum is a sculptor of light and shadows. She is the recipient of the Florence Biennale “Lorenzo II Magnifico sculpture award.” Using an almost transparent material, wire mesh, her sculptures create a fourth dimension of distinct shadows, unique to each sculpture.
