Hustle and Bustle captures that fleeting moment when everyone’s going somewhere, no one’s standing still, and the glow of the early evening illuminated windows offer a small comfort against the chill and chaos of a stormy day. I wanted to paint not just a scene, but a feeling – the grit, the routine, and the dignity of ordinary lives.
