14K yellow gold Italian multi-stone decorative link necklace, fashioned with a bismark double link chain interrupted by 7 square cut semi-precious stones, pink sapphires, topaz, aqua and tanzanite. Measures 18.25 inches in length, 0.25 inches wide. Finished with a lobster claw clasp. Marked "14K Italy". Approx. 21.7 grams.
