According to "Detroit Decoy Dynasty" authors Ron Sharp and Bill Dodge, "Early factory made scooters are not common and those by the Dodge Factory are extremely rare."
This is an early tack-eyed decoy with carved bill detail. In working repaint with neck repair and gunning wear.
