Carved in Wilson's earliest and best Monhegan Island style. This retired gunning decoy exhibits raised-wing carving and an inletted head by Maine's master carver. Incised "RJ" on underside. In repaint with heavy gunning wear, chips and touch-up to tail, and age lines.
