Walter Pelzer (1911-1998), Milwaukee, WI, c. 1935
Pelzer was a long time employee of the Milwaukee Public Museum and specialized in collecting big game specimens from around the world. He is said to have only made decoys for his own use and reported making just four widgeon for his rig.
