Harry V. Shourds (1861-1920)
Tuckerton, NJ c. 1900
This decoy, along with its rigmates, is celebrated for its snow-white plumage and impeccable condition. Indeed Russ Goldberger describes this exact bird "as fine an example as exists!" Excellent original paint with minimal wear.
