English Sterling Match Safes
English (Sheffield and Birmingham), late 19th-early 20th century. An assembled group of eight sterling silver match safes, some with engraved floral decoration, others plain, one with a sterling chain and one with a coin holder, with various maker's marks; largest lg. 3.25 in., silver wt. 10.48ozt (326g).
