Carved White Marble Fireplace Mantel, late 19th c., the ogee edge serpentine top above a thick serpentine skirt, flanked by floral and garland carved columns, H.- 49 in., W.- 72 in., D.- 13 1/2 in.Condition consistent with age. All pieces appear to be present. Serpentine top over a carved front, on garland sides around a floral carved opening. Difficult to discern if all pieces are from a single set or mixed to create whole mantel. 8 pcs total.
