Information provided by the Artist: Born in NY, Linda S. Fitz Gibbon has an MFA in visual arts from the Lesley College of Art & Design, and a BA from Yale University. Her ceramic work was recently selected by the Society of Arts + Crafts for Narrative Clay Today. Artist residencies include the Vermont Studio Center and Anderson Ranch Art Center. In addition to the Crocker, her works are in the collections of the Manetti Shrem Museum of Art; Arizona State University Museum, Tempe; Butler Institute of American Art; and Yale University Art Gallery. Publications include Confrontational Ceramics and 500 Figures in Clay: Volumes I & II.
To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
