Information provided by the Artist: Lu Ross is a fine art photographer whose work is held in private and public collections, including the permanent collection of the Crocker Art Museum. Represented by Gallery Dana Bay, South Trip Gallery, Xanadu Gallery, and Mecenavie Gallery, Ross’s artwork has been exhibited at the Carrousel du Louvre, La Biennale di Venezia, the Wildling Museum of Art and Nature (now the California Art Museum), Art San Diego, ArtExpo New York, and fine art galleries throughout California. Influenced by Impressionism and Abstract Expressionism, Ross works in both color and black-and-white photography, often blending traditional photography with digital painting to create abstract interpretations of nature’s light, texture, and emotional resonance. A native of Santiago, Chile, Ross now resides in California. She is a graduate of the University of Chile and the New York Institute of Photography.
To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Sunday, June 14 and Monday, June 15. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
