Information provided by the Artist: Marguerite Brennan is a life-long ceramic artist whose work is hand built and sculpted. She strives to capture raw emotion and the spirit of her subject matter with a style that favors minimalism and simplicity. She first established herself on the East Coast, where she received a BFA in Ceramics from Philadelphia’s University of the Arts in 1980 and continued studies at Otis Parson School of Design and Instituto de Allende, in San Miguel, Mexico. Her work has been exhibited and retailed widely in the US and Canada. Marguerite currently resides in Sebastopol, CA.
To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Sunday, June 14 and Monday, June 15. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
