Fair market value: $2,000Information provided by the Artist: Northern California-based artist Tom McGee has acquired his technique and skills over the last five decades. However, he has developed his process of painting in the egg tempera medium within the last five years. The evolving nature of his work is a joining of his deep fascination with form, textures, and linear mark-making. Those are the essential elements of his representational paintings. The subjects that compel him range from simple objects, memories, environments, or people caught in a moment.

To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Upon payment of the invoice, winning bidders will receive more information about artwork pick up and shipping.
