Condition/Comments: USBC L89-24 OI 457. Rare early enamel finish gold and silver trim version. This is THE FIRST Internal Revenue Tax Paid production can! Dates to June 1935 and is Patent Pending. Can has under-the-paint humidity and oxidation yet has only altered the color of the green on the left OI panel. The colors on the front remain true. Displays very well. Top has been replaced with a period correct beadless lid and the can is the correct height. All items are original unless otherwise noted.
