This piece is being offered as a pre-Act authentic Inuit carving. It has been in private collection and is offered for sale in full compliance with federal regulations. Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for verifying compliance with any applicable state or local laws in their jurisdiction. Some states have additional restrictions on ivory products. International buyers must check import/export requirements (CITES and destination country rules) and obtain any necessary permits. This item is not raw ivory and qualifies as a finished handicraft.
